Timetables for festivals, raves and club nights

Plan every stage in one running order, keep riders and tech specs with each artist, and give your crowd a live timetable that follows every change.

Ravevent is in private beta. Ask for an invite and we will set up your account.

This is the real planner with the demo festival. Drag sets between stages and times, switch days or search for an artist. Conflicts are rejected just like in the app.

Before the night

Most of the work happens weeks ahead. Ravevent keeps it in one place instead of a spreadsheet, three group chats and somebody's inbox.

Timetable planner
Drag sets between stages and times. A slot that is already taken, or an artist booked on two stages at once, gets refused on the spot.
Artists and their documents
One artist list across all your events. Riders and tech specs are stored with the artist, so they are already there the next time you book them.
Your crew
Invite people with a role, from owner to viewer. The event notes are shared, and everyone sees edits while they are typed.
Insights
Genre mix, BPM range, set lengths and how full each stage is, while you can still change the line-up.
Exports
A PDF timetable, the line-up as CSV, and a tech sheet per stage for the production team.

On the night

Once doors open, the plan has to work on a phone in a dark backstage.

Check-in
Stage managers mark who has arrived and who is on stage. Everyone on the event sees the same status.
Live timetable for your crowd
Share a read-only link or a QR code. When a set moves, the public timetable moves with it.
Set times for artists
Booked artists get their own page with their upcoming sets and room for notes, so nobody has to ask for the time again.
Comments on a set
Questions about a set stay on that set, not somewhere in a chat history.

Questions

Who is Ravevent for?

Promoters, festival bookers and stage managers. It pays off as soon as a night has more than one stage or more than a handful of sets. A one-room club night fits into the Free plan.

Can I use it right now?

Ravevent is in private beta. Request an invite and tell us briefly what you are planning. Public sign-up opens after the beta.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately. If you cancel in the customer portal, you keep full access until the end of the billing period.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU, under the GDPR. Payments go through Stripe, so your card details never reach us.

Which languages are supported?

The app is available in English and German. The timetables you share with your crowd open in any browser, on any device.
